S2S : A Gateway for Plant and Process Safety. The network aims at a) connecting people working on safety topics, b) analysing the future RTD strategy, c) collecting, evaluating and offering available information, d) developing interactive risk assessment tools and training methods, and e) establishing a dialogue to legislation and standardisation.

ESRA : ESRA Association is a non-profit international association for the advance and application of safety and reliability technology in all areas of human endeavour. It is an "umbrella" organisation with a membership consisting of: national professional societies, industrial organisations and higher education institutions. The common interest is safety and reliability.

NEW OSH ERA: The NEW OSH ERA project helped to combine the strengths of the different EU Member States in occupational safety and health (OSH) research.By increasing cooperation and coordination between different research programmes, NEW OSH ERA helped increase the overall scale and effectiveness of the research carried out in the EU. The networking and integration of national programmes helped EU researchers understand the increasingly complicated OSH issues that we face, and so contribute to the productivity and well-being of Europe's workers.
